Highland Drovers beef has a provenance just like a fine wine. Each cut is instantly traceable to the farm where the animal was born and reared. The ancestors of each animal are known and have been recorded for generations.
Our beef is proven by ongoing analysis* to be lower in saturated fats and cholesterol than most other red meats and fish.
The unselective grazing and foraging habits of Highland cattle are acknowledged by conservationists to enhance the flora on hill ground and improve the habitat for wildlife.
