Highland Drovers beef has a provenance just like a fine wine. Each cut is instantly traceable to the farm where the animal was born and reared. The ancestors of each animal are known and have been recorded for generations.

Our beef is proven by ongoing analysis* to be lower in saturated fats and cholesterol than most other red meats and fish.

The unselective grazing and foraging habits of Highland cattle are acknowledged by conservationists to enhance the flora on hill ground and improve the habitat for wildlife.

Shipping and Handling

Orders will be sent as soon as possible. Deliveries can only be sent to UK addresses. Within 30 miles of Perth delivery is free for Nationwide deliveries please add £9 to the prices shown to help cover the delivery charge.

We deliver your order as soon as the items are available. If this is not achievable we will let you know when we expect the order to be ready. If your item is not in stock , we will back order it for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
