Highland Drovers was launched in 1999 with the aim of supplying the top quality beef produced by the sturdy Highland cattle native to Scotland. The cattle are reared in a way all caring and environmentally conscious consumers would wish them to be. The slow and natural growth rate and the traditional methods used in rearing Highland Drovers cattle on natural grasses and heathers imparts a wonderful flavour and texture to the beef.
